Products that you are not satisfied with can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items are in perfect, undamaged condition, including the original tags and labels.
Please do not send your return to our company headquarters! Send all returns to our warehouse. Please ensure that you use exactly this address on your return label. Otherwise, we will not be able to assign your shipment!

Make sure that all items are in unused and perfect condition, as we cannot accept returns otherwise.
Please note: Returns must be sent to our logistics partner in Germany. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless you received your order damaged. If this is the case, please contact our customer support at support@hidden-muse.com
